Founder of WorkAid Dunning, building revenue recovery infrastructure for Stripe-based subscription SaaS. After speaking with founders in the $5K–$15K MRR range, I noticed a consistent blind spot: most teams track churn, but very few actively track recovery rate from failed payments as a metric. Stripe retries charges well — but recovery visibility is rarely surfaced or optimised.
